In a blink of an eye it is now 2011.
Well, actually, during the whole process of it all (especially difficult times) the time did not pass as fast I thought it'll be.
2010 has been an emotional roller coaster ride for me.. Like, it went to some high peaks, but then it plunged to a really low point, that I almost couldn't get out of.
Every aspect of my life in 2010 did not went well at all.
Relationship wise, I had my wake up call and thus gathered enough courage to break up with my now-ex once and for all. It was a decision that I never regretted, albeit there are moments where I thought of him and our moments together.
Then, something else happened in this aspect, and I was caught in the situation where I couldn't find my way out of it. I reached an all-time-low situation, and the process was painful and difficult. It was through this process that I learned some of the most valuable lessons ever. One of it, is that sometimes it's better to be selfish, because you are the only one who can protect yourself from getting hurt.
Work wise, I've been having to dealt with so many superiors of different personalities, most of which I don't see eye to eye. Tried my best to tolerate and accommodate, but the dramas that I had to endured this whole year is like a mini war between countries already.
Stepping into work everyday is like going to warzone, and I have prepped myself physically and mentally beforehad. Sigh..
Then, health wise, I think I fell sick the most in2010, I basically spent more than RM 500 on medical bills alone (I know coz my company medical expenses limit is RM500 per year, and I've exceeded the limit during mid year or something). Heck my migraine alone already cost me almost RM 400 already, and my condition did not even improved after that T___T
And on the last day of 2010, I caught the flu bug, and am still having flu now.. :(
Family wise, damn alot of drama due to the stupid and inconsiderate neighbours we have here. Just because they are not dog lovers and they are inhuman so they decided to annoy us and have us live in fear.
But it has been a more than a month since the last time MBPJ knocked on our door, so we are keeping our fingers crossed that it's settled once and for all. Nevetheless, we are still living in fear.
However, regardless of all the bad stuff, one good thing that remained constant was the friendships I've gained and already have.
Due to my job and outings, I got the chance to meet so many new people, where some of them became my 2nd family.

And of course, my gang of besties, who never fail to be there for me whenever I need them the most. The gang who always succeed in making me laugh, whom I can count on and whose faces alone helped to reduce my stress level already.

Without them, I might not have been able to get through the rough 2010.
So now, it's already the second day of the new year. I am definitely hoping it will be a better year. At least I have my travel plans to look forward to :)
Happy New Year!
